Where BGG introduces any candidate for employment then the introductions shall be subject to our Standard Terms of Business with the Client/Employer. Clauses 3, 5 & 6 mention the responsibilities with regards to candidate data.

We may terminate your registration and/or deny you access to the whole website or any part of it at any time in our sole discretion.
13. Amendments:
These Terms and Conditions may be varied from time to time and your use of this website is subject to the then prevailing terms each time you access the website.
14. Severability:
In case any provision in this Agreement shall become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
15.Transfer of rights:
