Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Acton, London W3
Salary: £10.39 per hour

Schedule: Days|Night – 12 hour shift
Shift timings: :8am – 8pm | 8pm – 8am
Responsibilities as Senior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA):
You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager.
You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities
You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans.
Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing their own part in establishing an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
To assist with End-of-Life Care for residents who are terminally ill
Requirements as Senior Healthcare Assistant (SHCA):
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Right to live and work in the UK
Previous experience working as Healthcare Assistant in a Care Home environment
NVQ 2-3 preferred
You must be able to provide 2 references prior
You should have an RQF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level
COVID-19 Restrictions:
All staff and residents must be Fully Vaccinated. Daily and weekly testing is required at the prescribed timescales.
