Job Details as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
Job Type: Full-Time|Part-Time
Location: Southampton SO32
Salary: £19.20 – £20.20per hour
Benefits: £3,122 per annum in paid breaks and handovers, Reimbursement of CPD fees for revalidation (up to £1,000 over 3 years) and we pay your NMC registration fee (subject to conditions), Enhanced disclosure cost coverage/ Update service automatic, Ongoing training including Qualifications, Free Uniform, Employee referral scheme, On-site parking
Schedule: Days/Night – 12 hour shift
Shift timings: 8am – 8pm | 8pm – 8am


Responsibilities as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
Promote the highest standard of person centered clinical nursing care to residents
Build relationships with external professionals
Provide supervision, coaching and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
Maintain accurate records and ensure that each resident within the Care Centre has an individualized Care Plan
Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies
Carry out agreed procedures for improvement of the nursing services and the reduction of cross infection
Always promoting our resident’s independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
Skills and experience required


Requirements as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Right to live and work in the UK
Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment
Have a valid NMC pin
You must be able to provide 2 references prior
