Job Details as Healthcare Assistant (HCA):
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Dungannon BT70
Salary: £10.00 per hour
Benefits: Paid Breaks, Free Food, Employee Discount, On-site Parking, Referral Programme, Sick Pay and 6 weeks annual leave plus pension plus overtime available for the right candidate.
Schedule: Days|Night – 12 hour shift


Responsibilities as Healthcare Assistant (HCA):
Assisting patients with daily activities, checking vital signs and assisting nursing staff when necessary
Sharing activities to encourage residents to remain as independent as possible
To help maintain a safe and healthy environment in the Home with due regard to appropriate Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Regulations and to report all accidents to the Person in Charge
To participate in training activities or course, as directed by senior staff
To assist with End-of-Life Care for residents who are terminally ill


Requirements as Healthcare Assistant (HCA ):
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Right to live and work in the UK
Previous experience working as Healthcare Assistant in a Care Home environment
NVQ 2-3 preferred
You must be able to provide 2 references prior
