Our client has openings for Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for Full-Time – Days|Night in Twickenham TW1 Looking for experienced applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector.
The home is rated as “Outstanding” by CQC so you will be joining an experienced team and will need to bring your skills to the floor.
Job Details as Healthcare Assistant (HCA):
Benefits: Additional hours/overtime will be paid at the rate of £9.50 per hour. Public holidays £14.25 per hour 20 days annual leave and plus BH x 8 days – pro-rata for part-time Enhancements Monday to Friday nights (10.00 pm to 6.00 am) and all day Saturday and Sunday: £10.50 per hour Public Holidays are paid at a double-time basic rate and time off in lieu. Attendance Bonus: Earn up to £150 quarterly, subject to terms and conditions.
Schedule: Days|Night – 12-hour shift
Shift timings: :10-am – 8pm | 8pm – 10am
Responsibilities as Healthcare Assistant (HCA):
– Assisting patients with daily activities, checking vital signs, and assisting nursing staff when necessary
– Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude with exceptional communication skills to join us as a Care Assistant.
– If you have these skills, then you won’t require specific care knowledge as we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
– To participate in training activities or course, as directed by senior staff
– To assist with End-of-Life Care for residents who are terminally ill
Requirements as Healthcare Assistant (HCA ):
– A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
– Right to live and work in the UK
– Previous experience working as Healthcare Assistant in a Care Home environment
– NVQ 2-3 preferred
– You must be able to provide 2 references prior
