Summary:
For our prestigious healthcare client in Boston, MA, we are looking for Certified Nursing Assistants in the evenings and at night. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the registered nurse in the delivery of patient care while adhering to hospital policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice. The position entails providing direct clinical and support services to patients and families throughout the healthcare continuum, acting as a valuable team player by helping the patient care unit run smoothly, and being accountable for clinical outcomes that are of high quality and are fiscally responsible.
Experience & Requirement:
Prior to starting work, receive all necessary vaccinations (including boosters) for the flu and the COVID.
Must be able to work each alternate weekend (Saturday and Sunday both).
Must have current BLS that should not expire within 30 days of the hire date.
Currently enrolled in a nursing program and has successfully completed one cycle of clinical rotations or a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
Education:
High school diploma or a GED.
