Schedule: Days/Night – 12 hour shift
Shift timings: 7am – 7pm | 7pm – 7am
Responsibilities as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
– Promote the highest standard of person-centered clinical nursing care to residents
– Build relationships with external professionals
– Provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure that each resident within the Care Centre has an individualized Care Plan
– Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies
– Carry out agreed procedures for improvement of the nursing services and the reduction of cross-infection
– Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the Company at all times
– Always promote our resident’s independence, choice and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
– Skills and experience required
Requirements as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
– A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
– Right to live and work in the UK
– Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment
– Have a valid NMC pin
– You must be able to provide 2 references prior
