Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Introduction
Our client has openings for RGN for Full time – Days/Night in Twickenham TW1 Looking for experienced applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector

The home is rated as “Outstanding” by CQC so you will be joining an experienced team and will need to bring your skills to the floor.

Benefits: An additional £1.00 per hour Monday to Friday nights (10.00 pm to 6.00 am) and all-day Saturdays and Sundays, Public Holidays are paid at double time basic rate and time off in-lieu, Attendance Bonus: Earn up to £150 quarterly, subject to terms and conditions, Employee referral scheme
Schedule: Days/Night – 12-hour shift
Shift timings: 7.30am – pm | 8pm – 7:30am

Responsibilities as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
– Promote the highest standard of person-centered clinical nursing care to residents
– Build relationships with external professionals
– Provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Senior Care Assistants and Care Assistants.
– Maintain accurate records and ensure that each resident within the Care Centre has an individualized Care Plan
– Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies
– Carry out agreed procedures for improvement of the nursing services and the reduction of cross-infection
– Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the Company at all times
– Always promote our resident’s independence, choice, and dignity by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement
– Skills and experience required

Requirements as Registered General Nurse (RGN):
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
Right to live and work in the UK
Previous experience working as a staff nurse or registered nurse in a Care Home environment
Have a valid NMC pin
You must be able to provide 2 references prior
